The specialism of the Hidden Tide. Reiki with carefully chosen stones resting at the body. If you would like to take the stones home, you can buy the set of seven with a small selenite to cleanse them, for £12 on the day.
Distance Reiki
Remote sessions on Tuesday and Thursday evenings, for those who cannot reach Newport.

The Hidden Tide clinic at Boughey House is open from Wednesday 1 July 2026. Clinic days are the last Saturday of every month, plus selected Wednesdays. A treatment room, a quiet hour, a door you can walk through.
The practice
The Hidden Tide works through breath, sound, and felt sense rather than visualisation. The approach is rooted in the Japanese origins of Reiki, returning to the quiet centres of the body where the work begins. It is offered as a complementary practice by an accredited practitioner.
