I work quietly and gently, in a calm room at Boughey House in Newport. You can choose a simple Reiki session, or Crystal Reiki, where I rest a few crystals around you while you relax. It is the same gentle session either way, so there is nothing to decide in advance. Just tell me when you arrive.

What a session is really like
Most people are a bit unsure what to expect the first time. You lie on the couch and I work with my hands resting on or just above you. There is no massage, and nothing is pushed about. Mostly you rest, for three quarters of an hour, with nobody wanting anything from you. Some people feel warmth, some feel a gentle heaviness, and plenty drift off to sleep. You do not need to do anything, or believe anything, for it to be a quiet and restful hour. You stay fully clothed throughout.
