Terms

These are the simple terms of booking a session with The Hidden Tide. Booking a session means you are happy with them.

Booking and payment

Sessions are 45 minutes and cost £40. A £20 deposit holds your place when you book, and the remaining £20 is paid on the day. The deposit is taken securely through Acuity at the time of booking.

Moving or cancelling

You are welcome to move or cancel your session up to 48 hours beforehand, and your deposit moves with you to the new time. Within 48 hours, the deposit is not refundable, as the time has been set aside for you. If something serious happens, please just talk to me, I am a person and I will be reasonable.

What Reiki is, and is not

Reiki is a gentle complementary practice for relaxation and wellbeing. It is not medical treatment, and it does not diagnose, treat or cure any condition. It sits alongside the care of your doctor and other health professionals, and it never replaces them. If you have a health concern, please speak to your GP.

Your part

You stay fully clothed throughout, and you can ask to pause or stop at any time. Please let me know of anything that would help me look after you well, such as if you are pregnant or have an injury, so I can adjust the session for you.

Insurance and standards

The Hidden Tide is fully insured and works to the ethical codes of the UK Reiki Federation and the Complementary Medical Association.
